From a young age, the beauty of nature fascinated Tanvi, and the way crops grew on her ancestral farm in a village in Punjab, from tiny seeds to bountiful harvest, intrigued her. The privilege and access to fresh, natural, and unprocessed food sparked the inner farmer and eventually an
